Ilayra partner terms
Version 2026-10-b. These terms are between your business ("you") and the operator of Ilayra ("we").
1. What we provide
A place to design and offer coupons to Ilayra Plus and Family members (Coupon Studio). We check every outlet before it can publish. Once your outlet is approved, a coupon that passes our automatic checks goes live at its start time after its listing fee is paid, and we review it afterwards. Each category's rules (first come or lucky draw, monthly limits per member) apply automatically. We may decline, pause or end any coupon or outlet at any time.
2. Fees
A listing fee for each coupon released, shown in Coupon Studio, payable before it opens; and a usage fee for each coupon used at your counter (for shared codes and online codes, for each one a member takes). GST at 18% is added. Usage is billed monthly and due within 15 days. Fees for a lot are not refunded once it has opened. We may change fees with 30 days' notice.
3. Your coupons
- Honour every valid coupon checked "valid" in this portal, on the terms you set.
- Describe offers truthfully: no hidden conditions, no inflated "original" prices (CCPA guidelines on misleading advertisements, 2022).
- Not allowed: infant milk substitutes, infant food or feeding bottles (Infant Milk Substitutes Act 1992); alcohol; tobacco or nicotine; prescription medicines; claims to cure or guaranteed results (Drugs and Magic Remedies Act 1954); anything about a baby's sex (PCPNDT Act 1994); fairness or skin-whitening products; betting.
- Keep your licences (FSSAI, drug licence, GST) valid and tell us if they change.
- Shared codes (one code for every member, e.g. GREEN20) can be passed on outside Ilayra; you choose them knowing this, set your own limits at your till or website, and pay the use fee when a member takes the coupon.
- Pictures (logo, banner) must be yours or licensed to you, must not show people without their consent, and must follow the content rules above. We re-encode pictures and remove hidden details such as location before storing them.
4. Members' privacy
We never share members' names, contact details or health information with you, and you must not try to identify them. You see only totals of 10 or more. You must not ask members for personal details as a condition of using a coupon.
5. Your sign-ins
Keep passwords private; you are responsible for your staff's use of this portal. Tell us at once if a sign-in is misused.
6. Complaints and takedown
Members can complain about an offer in the app. We may pause a coupon while we look into it. Grievance Officer: [email protected] (IT Rules 2021).
7. Liability
You are responsible for your goods and services. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.
8. Law
Indian law applies; courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
